Once an order is dispatched,the delivery address cannot be changed. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct atthe time of purchase.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any fees. Once an order has been dispatched,it cannot be canceled. Customers may return the product after receiving it, subject to our return policy.
If you find your parcel damaged in transit,please report it to us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. We may require photo evidence of the damaged goods to process your claim. After reviewing the claim,we may offer a replacement,refund, or credit for any items proven to be damaged in transit.
